Egg Plant(bringal) Cutlet

THIS IS SHALLOW FRY DISH, VERY POPULAR AMONG konkanies across
Ingredients:
Big size bringal cut into round pieces of half inch thickness
Mix 4 spoon normal Rava(suji) 2 spoon chilli powder, 1/4 spn turmeric, 1/2 amchoor, 1/2 (donot add water at any cost )
coriander powder, salt to taste
On a preheat Tava , grease with oil , roll bringal pieces onto the Rava masala made and lay it on the Tava, with little oil on all sides (at a time on normal tava , 3 pieces can be layed) cover with lid for fast fry. Open the lid after 2-4mins and turn the pieces upside down. on low heat let it fry for 2 mins.
Take it out and serve as side dish.
