Easy salad which I made today .
Most us don't know what Matki( madhaki) this is Whole moth...They look similar to green moong but brownish in color. Called as moth in hindi
1 cup Moong sprouts
1 cup madhaki sprouts
1/2 cup pineapple pieces
1/2 cup promogranete seeds
1/2 totapuri mango cut into pieces
1 big tomato(cut into pieces
1/2 spoon chinese scezwan sauce
half piece lemon
Coriander leave
salt for taste
Mix all above ingredients in a bowl and squeze lemon just before serving.
